9/15/2009 - The City of Buellton is beginning a public visioning process for reviewing and revising the City’s land use regulations and policies. This public visioning process will include online surveys and also workshops that are scheduled to begin in early 2010. You may follow the progress of this process on the City’s website (www.cityofbuellton.com), the City’s Facebook site (City of Buellton), and the City’s Twitter site (CityofBuellton).
Regulation and policy documents that will be included in this process include:
• The Buellton General Plan
• The Buellton Zoning Ordinance
• The 2002 Avenue of Flags/Highway 246 Urban Design Plan
